Reason
Logic used:
1. Promotion on or before the commencement of the current vacation:
the current vacation is not a partly enjoyed vacation for this Rule 81
proportionate component. No N/V × 30 is added. The 1/11 calculation starts
from the day after the last vacation actually enjoyed.
2. Promotion during the current vacation, after its commencement:
the vacation is partly enjoyed. Rule 81 proportionate EL is calculated for
the vacation prevented from being enjoyed from the promotion date to the
vacation end. The 1/11 calculation starts from the day after that vacation ends.
3. Promotion after the vacation: no Rule 81 prevented-vacation component;
1/11 starts from the promotion date.
